Phil was born and raised into Hospitality on the Cape. At Cape Cod Village in Cummaquid Phil’s first jobs included collecting garbage and stocking guest fridges. With the Hotel Business in his blood Phil worked his way through high school and college in various F&B jobs. After graduating from The Hotel School at Cornell and finishing up his MBA at Tulane, Phil took a management training job with Rockresorts at Caneel Bay and cemented his legacy as a hospitality beach bum.

His career has spanned more than two decades and included working on over $500 million in Hotel transactions, opening the 1,600 room SLS Las Vegas, and most recently serving as the General Manager of the 747-room Westin Los Angeles Airport. Phil is now fulfilling his childhood dream of starting a family owned/operated hospitality business with Silvia, his wife of 17 years and their three children Tania, Bryan and Emily.

A fun fact about Phil is that he was knighted in Brussels by the Belgian Brewers Guild in 2016, becoming an Honorary Knight of the Brewers Mash Staff.
